Q. do the computers in the library have photo editing software?

I have to make a design for a class...a collage. I have saved pictures, and i don't have photoshop or anything, and i have to put something together.

The computers in the library do not have photo editing software. You might want to try the computer labs in the art department. I hope this helps.
