I'm happy to help you.  Just follow these steps:

Go the the NCC homepage and click on the Databases A-Z tab.

Click on C and then click on CINAHLPlus Full Text . You will be asked for your N# and PIN.

When the database opens , click on the advanced search link under the search box.

Enter your search terms in the boxes : ex  emergency 

                                            AND  patient care

Below the search boxes there are some limiters you can check on the right side-

First, put the date range in the date box 2008- 2014

Next, check peer-reviewed and evidence-based.

Now click the SEARCH box.

Your results will be peer-reviewed, evidence-based articles from the last five years!
