This easiest way to correctly cite this article is to use the Knightcite citation generator.

Click on the link Knightcite

Make sure you have selected APA.

Enter all the information requested.  Only use a capital letter for the first word of the citation.  For the authors, just put the last name and the first initial. 

Where is asks "Was the article viewed online? "  Click Yes and then where it asks if it was in a database, select yes.  The name of the database is American Journal of Nursing.

The citation should go before the summary.
