You can use our Search All tool on the Library's homepage, http://library.ncc.edu. It searches all our databases at once.
In the search box, enter the terms "condom distribution" and schools just the way I wrote it, with the quotation marks and the word and. You will get many resources. Look for ones that are full text, but if they are not, click the 360 link to see if they are in another source. You will get magazines, journals, newspapers and even some ebooks.
If you want to limit your results to just newspapers or just magazines, use the limiters on the left side of your results page.
Many of the articles may be more than five years old because this topic has not been discussed or researched recently. But they are all valid and reliable.
