I’m a student, how do I create an ILLiad account?

Go to the library homepage and click on Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) under the quick links menu. You will see instructions on how to create your account. Initially you will log in with your N number as your username and your PIN as your password. Then you will be brought to a user information form which must be filled out. You are then given the option to change your password but you must retain your N number as your username. Once you have filled out this short form you will be ready to place interlibrary loan requests in your ILLiad account. Please use interlibrary loan ONLY for material that you cannot obtain through the resources of the NCC Library. Before making the decision to place requests it is advisable to consult a librarian who may be able to help you find similar materials without having to wait for the material to be sent through interlibrary loan. Be aware that it can take up to a week or more for us to obtain a book for you through this service.
