Sure! Go to the Library homepage library.ncc.edu
Click on the tab that says Databases.
Select Academic Search Complete.
In the search box type in "exercise and effect on body" Be sure to include the word and.
Put a check in the fulltext box.
[If you are working from home you will have to first put in your N# and PIN.]
When you get the results, look on the left side to limit your results.
Put a check in the Academic Journals box and then click Update.
The remaining results will be journal articles on the effect of exercise on the body. Choose one that does not say "review".
To print a pdf article, hover over the article until you see the adobe tool bar.
Click on the printer icon there to print the article.
You will also find the MLA citation by clicking on the citation icon on the right side of the page. Pick MLA.
