When you use CINAHL, be sure you do an Advanced Search. To make sure you get full articles and not just abstracts, check off full text and research article in the limiters below the search boxes.
Once you get your list of results, click on pdf full tect or html full text, whichever is provided.
When you use a pdf article, be sure to use the adobe tools to print. Hover on the article to bring up the tool bar. Click on the logo to to put the adobe print icon at the top of the article, or click the printer to print. Regular printing will not work.
