Sure, we have several excellent databases you can use for that. 

Go to the Databases page and click on the Subject tab. Click on  Biology.  You will find a box with the top databases for biology. First try Academic Search Complete. Enter the search terms organ transplantation and put a  check in the box below that says scholarly journals. You can also check full text to get full text articles only.  Scroll through the results to find one that suits you.  

You can also try other databases such as Health Source Academic or  Science Direct.

All articles may be printed or emailed.  If you are off-campus you will be asked for your N# and PIN.
