Your N# is your username and your PIN is your password. If you have changed your PIN in Banner it might not work in the Library databases. Try your 6-digit birthday as your password: mmddyy. If you still have trouble getting into the databases, please call 516-572-7620 to have your PIN reset for the Library. Be sure your NCC email is activated because your new PIN will be sent to that account after you have spoken with the Technical Assistant.
